By accessing or using the FocusGroves application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FocusGroves for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

3. Paid Plans and Checkout Status

• The display-only Premium catalog is $3.99/month, $29.99/year, or $49.99 for lifetime access.
• Paid checkout is currently closed. No paid subscription, renewal, or payment-provider account is created through FocusGroves while checkout remains closed.
• When checkout is released, price, renewal cadence, cancellation, refund, and Merchant of Record terms will be shown before purchase.
• Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app.
• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FocusGroves is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FocusGroves.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
